The American Standard AccuExchange™ Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) removes stale indoor air and replaces it with an equal amount of fresh outdoor air. Plus, it efficiently recovers heat and moisture from the exchanged air. The result is a more comfortable, healthy, energy-efficient home for you and your family.
1. High efficiency crossflow energy transfer core recovers heat and moisture from exhaust air during cold weather. During hot, humid weather, it pre-cools and dehumidifies incoming air.
2. High-performance motor is engineered with permanently lubricated bearings for low maintenance and longer motor life.
3. Slide-out filter is easily accessed for quick and simple cleaning with an ordinary household vacuum cleaner.
4. Cabinet is a sturdy, 20-gauge metal and is powder-painted for a smooth, durable, high-gloss "appliance-like" finish that resists scratches.
5. Flexible mounting allows easy installs in the attic, garage or basement, in virtually any position.
6. Adjustable control provides automatic ventilation round the clock, plus manual control for additional ventilation as desired. Runtime percentage per hour is adjusted by pressing the fan icon on the AccuExchange control.
